Standard Time is a performance lasting exactly 24 hours and recorded on film. However, this film is much more than just the recording of an action, the recording of something that has taken place in the past; it is also a clock. Standard Time runs on the computer with software supplied to synchronize the 24 hour film file with the system time of your computer into a clock like no other. Standard time can be used as a freely scalable clock display on your desktop or as a screensaver. Standard Time is a work by Mark Formanek.
